Job Description
Workshop Supervision:
Oversee day-to-day operations
of the heavy machinery repair workshop.Assign and monitor tasks
for mechanics, welders, electricians, and other technicians.Ensure timely completion
of maintenance and repair jobs as per priority. Conductinitial inspections
and allocate resources accordingly. Maintaincompliance with safety standards
and ensure proper use of PPE and tools. Supervisepreventive maintenance schedules
and breakdown repairs.Store & Inventory Management:
Manage inventory
of spare parts, tools, lubricants, and consumables. Issue and receive materials againstrequisition slips or job cards
. Maintainstock registers
, material records, and reorder levels. Coordinate with vendors forprocurement of parts
and workshop supplies. Conductstock audits
and reconciliation periodically.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain
job cards
, service history records, and equipment logs. Generatedaily, weekly, and monthly reports
on workshop performance. Prepareinventory consumption reports
and procurement requests. Assist withbudgeting
and cost control in workshop operations. Fuel consumption report and gps data analysis.Team Coordination & Support:
Act as a
liaison between workshop staff and management
. Provide technical support and training to junior technicians. Ensure thatwork quality and standards
are maintained at all times.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
