Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 Umm Al Quwain Salary - AED 4000 -5000 + Accommodation + Transportation Job Requirements/Job Role:

ITI/Diploma in mechanical engineering
8+ years of working in Steel industry with 3+ years of working in a supervisory or managerial role.
5+ years of experience leading and supervising and responsible for the day to day operations of the Stainless steel department.
Must have full-fledged knowledge about Stainless steel, Aluminum, Pipe fabrication along with all metal fabrication and welding works.
Experience in managing the workshop team, ordering and maintaining supplies.
Experience in establishing standards and policies of Workshop Processes, Production, Installation, modification, and quality control for Industrial Clients
Must have experience in preparing the daily Plan target before the beginning of the shift, and should provide the achieved, before the end of the day
Need to follow-up with the Purchase / Stores dept for the Material required for the project
Ensure compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
