Job Description
Workshop Supervisor
will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring maintenance and repair tasks are performed efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising workshop staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the Workshop Supervisor will address customer service concerns and work closely with clients to meet their needs and expectations.Qualifications
Ability to monitor the workshop operations and follow up on workers' performance and productivity. Sufficient experience in EPS works or at least in decorative works. Capability to coordinate orders and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good understanding of site work requirements, including necessary tools and equipment. Basic computer skills, including sending emails and preparing simple reports. Such a role is becoming essential to maintain the workflow and ensure smooth execution between the workshop and the sites.
You Must Have:
3-5 years experience in (UAE preferred) Strong technical knowledge. Confident communicator with customers & team Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic/Tagalog a plus) Organized, responsible & capable of handling pressure
