Job Description
Location \xe2\x80\x93 Fujairah Basic Salary - AED 5000 \xe2\x80\x93 7500 + Accommodation + Transportation + Visa + Medical Insurance Age \xe2\x80\x93 Less than 45 years Job Requirements:
- Any Graduate/ degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience as Workshop Supervisor for heavy Excavation/Mining Equipment\'s
- Proficient in computer system knowledge,
- Must have experience managing large teams of mechanics and technicians.
- Must have experience overseeing and managing planned and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to analyze data for evaluation of equipment efficiency.
- Direct and manage the day to day activities of the operations & the workshop (repair, maintenance, inventory, resource) team to ensure all activities comply with Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
- Updating of equipment status, planning of equipment repair and overhaul, identify inefficiencies in processes and make improvement.
- Monitoring outcomes within budgets & to achieve efficiency & productivity.
- Manage and maximize utilization rate on current fleet of equipment/ assets owned by the Company.
- Direct activities to limit cost, improve accuracy, safety and to provide/maintain good customer service levels.
- Manage Safety related issues and develop action plans to rectify.
- To ensure that all employees, including sub-contractors and any related personnel understand and conform the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System.
- Any other projects as assigned by the Company from time to time
