Job Summary
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all repair, service, and maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves leading a team of technicians, maintaining quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow. Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Check and approve all completed jobs before vehicle delivery. Diagnose complex issues and guide technicians when needed. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure proper use and calibration. Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized. Coordinate with other departments (parts, service, logistics) for smooth operations. Maintain records of repair orders, service reports, and warranty claims. Monitor team performance and report key workshop metrics. Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Automotive Engineering
or equivalent. Minimum4-5 years of experience
in an automotive workshop, with2-3 years in a supervisory role
. Experience withpremium or luxury vehicles
preferred. Strong technical knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preference to Arabic SpeakersJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
