We're looking for a
Workshop Supervisor
who can lead technicians, ensure quality, and confidently communicate with customers about technical work.Your Role:
Manage job allocation and monitor daily workshop operations Coordinate with Service Advisor on customer complaints, parts & estimates Communicate directly with customers for technical clarifications, job status & delivery Verify repair quality through inspections & test drives Guide mechanics & electricians with problem-solving and training Maintain cleanliness, safety & system updates on WhatsApp group Handle escalations & ensure timely completion of all jobs
You Must Have:
3-5 years experience in a garage or dealership (UAE preferred) Strong technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical) Confident communicator with customers & team Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic/Tagalog a plus) Organized, responsible & capable of handling pressure
