Workshop Supervisor

Job Description
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
6 to 8 years of work experience
Proven experience in workshop/fleet management, preferably in the transport or automotive sector
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, safety regulations, and procurement procedures.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage daily fleet and workshop operations, including vehicle allocation planning and staff supervision.
Coordinate with Procurement and other departments for equipment, materials, and resource needs.
Oversee repair quality, inventory control, vendor contracts, and insurance relations.
Review reports, monitor productivity, and conduct periodic audits and safety checks.
Implement training programs and foster a safe, efficient, and quality-driven work environment.
Maintains high quality repairs and minimizes comebacks.
Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
Monitors workshop staff daily productivity reports and corresponding overtime records.
