We are seeking a hands-on and organized Workshop Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the UAE and be currently based in the UAE.

We are seeking a hands-on and organized Workshop Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the UAE and be currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain workshop tools, machinery, and equipment
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate effectively with engineers and management to support project execution
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workshop
- Track inventory and manage supply requests
- Minimum 2 years of workshop supervision experience within the UAE
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with workshop tools and machinery (preferably in metal/construction industry)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
