Job Description
:
- Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills & levels to assure efficient & effective work.
- Makes sure promises to customers kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers surprises
- Solves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance.
- Manages workshop resources for high utilization, efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned target.
- Conducts on job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge.
- Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvement
- Prepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis & development.
- Supervises usage of workshop assets to be maintained in good condition.
- Physically fit & hard worker.
- Responsible & reliable
- Diploma or Bachler degree in Automotive or Mechanical
- Above 5 years as WS supervisor/Forman in Auto-Service Centers / Garages.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- UAE Driving License
- Paid Annual Leave
