Workshop Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise daily operations of the split AC workshop, including diagnostics, repairs, and testing. Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Conduct quality checks on repaired units before release. Troubleshoot complex AC issues and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and refrigerants with technician. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. Coordinate with customer service and field teams for unit intake and delivery. Prepare daily reports on workshop activities, job status, and technician performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and gas charging procedures. Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals. Leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with workshop management software is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills.
