Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Auto Repair Garage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

Manage and supervise technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs are carried out in accordance with safety and operational standards. Coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and maintain efficient workflow within the department.

2. Job Scheduling & Workflow Coordination

Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on workload, department capacity, and delivery timelines to maximize productivity and efficiency.

3. Quality Assurance

Oversee all repair and maintenance work to ensure it meets established quality standards. Conduct inspections and implement quality control measures to uphold service excellence.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide hands-on support in diagnosing complex technical issues. Handle escalated cases and assist technicians with challenging repair tasks to ensure timely resolution.

5. Customer & Service Advisor Communication

Collaborate with Service Advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues, repair work, and service outcomes in a clear and professional manner.

6. Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies to ensure availability and reduce downtime. Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.

7. Workplace Safety & Cleanliness

Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and best practices.

8. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on job status, technician performance, and service records. Ensure all service documentation is up to date and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

9. Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce standards to meet legal and company-specific compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems. Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to work a 6-day week schedule in accordance with company policy. Flexibility and availability to respond to emergency jobs and operational requirements as needed. Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
