Job Requirements
Vocational school degree in mechanics with emphasis on workshop management.
Third-level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Master Technician.
Strong knowledge of workshop operations and ability to supervise technicians.
Ability to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
