Job Description
As a Workshop Senior Technician your role includes supervising the technicians\' work and review the results to continuously improve performance, and enhance customer relationships, while ensuring that the garage is providing excellent technical work.
Responsibilities:
Approve documentation of all service & repair activitiesLead technical analysis, complex fault analysis and testing of vehicles.Provide technical guidance to techniciansReview customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and proceduresInvestigate customer complaints/concerns arising from services and repair, and suggest appropriate solutionsIdentify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipmentExplain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer servicePlan repair procedures using charts, manuals and experienceTest the functionality of parts and systems
Requirements & Skills:
Must be having Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.Should be having 5 years of industry experience. (Managerial skill)Must possess strong personality and Communication skill
