Supervise the daily operations of the aluminum and carpentry workshop.
Organize and assign tasks to technicians, carpenters, and aluminum fabricators.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
Plan and follow up on project execution and delivery schedules.
Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure material availability.
Oversee adherence to safety and quality procedures within the workshop.
Prepare regular reports for management on workflow and productivity.
Resolve technical and administrative issues that may affect operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing aluminium or carpentry workshops.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, and finishing processes.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple work teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
