Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a fleet management or automotive workshop setting.3000 to 3400 AED + Overtime Accommodation and Food provided Health Insurance
The Workshop Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing the fleet vehicles, this

role ensures that all vehicles are in optimal working condition, contributing to the overall

efficiency and safety of the fleet operations.

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles,

including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.

2. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment,

and implement effective repair solutions.

3. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential

problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

performed on each vehicle.

5. Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for

vehicle maintenance and repairs.

6. Collaborate with the fleet management team to schedule and

prioritize maintenance tasks.

7. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in

good working condition.

8. Provide guidance and training to junior mechanics and workshop

staff.

9. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair

techniques.

10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe

working environment.
