Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop operations to meet project deadlines.

Manage production of joinery, carpentry, and metal works for interior fit-out projects.

Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all workshop outputs.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement team regarding material requirements and schedules.

Control inventory of raw materials and tools; monitor usage and reduce wastage.

Supervise and train workshop staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Prepare work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress.

Ensure preventive maintenance of workshop machines and equipment.

Implement cost control measures to keep production within budget.

Maintain compliance with health and safety standards in the workshop.

Report regularly to senior management on progress, challenges, and requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in fit-out workshop management (joinery & metal works).



Strong technical knowledge of fit-out production processes, materials, and finishes.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).



Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: QAR 10,000 - 12,000 (depending on experience)
