Role Description

This is a full-time in the Workshop/Office role for a Workshop Manager located in Dubai in. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the workshop, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of all machinery and creating reports. The role involves coordinating with workshop, procurement and site teams, maintaining inventory of tools and stock, supervising workshop staff setting daily tasks, and implementing safety protocols and innovative techniques to enhance efficiency and safety standards. Overseeing and creating job cards ensuring overall records are kept.

Driving License required

Strong English Speaking

Experience in equipment maintenance and repair, mechanical skills

Ability to manage inventory, tools, and supplies

Strong supervisory and team management skills

Knowledge of safety protocols and innovative demolition techniques

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Prior experience in the demolition or construction industry is a plus
