EVS is a UAE-based automotive service company specializing in
Electric and Hybrid Vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
We are part of a growing group committed to delivering sustainable mobility and premium service quality across all UAE branches.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow across all service bays.
Lead and supervise technicians, painters, and service advisors to meet operational goals.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet EVS quality standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the Parts and Procurement teams for timely availability of parts and materials.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, job cards, and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor technical staff for continuous skill improvement.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in workshop management (EV or premium ICE brands preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Technical background with solid understanding of EV systems and diagnostics.
UAE experience preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
