- Department budget preparation along with department head.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all performance objectives of the service department are met using applied KPI\'s.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines within the workshop.
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
- Plan and manage Service Sales/Marketing activities with the department head.
- Plan weekly & monthly team meetings to keep track of current team performance in line with monthly targets.
- Adhere to key KPIs and Service Level Agreements as defined by company\'s contractual obligations to customers, and report performance against these parameters.
- Ensure that the workshop is staffed and equipped adequately to meet customer requirements and workload.
- Manage and guide the Service team with support as and when required.
- Identify, implement and maintain a training plan for all workshop staff.
- Ensure that the workshop complies with all relevant legal, environmental, health and safety requirements.
- Must have team handling experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience as a Workshop Manager
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Candidate must be from Leading Heavy Equipment Brand in worldwide & U.A.E.
- Notice Period: Immediate Available candidates would be preferred.
- Candidate should be available in UAE for a Face-to-Face Interview
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Male candidates will only be considered for the role.
- Experience with report writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
