Oversee and manage the entire workshop operations, including mechanical repairs, body shop, and washing/detailing units.
Lead and supervise team of technicians, mechanics, body repair staff, painters, and support personnel.
Plan, schedule, and assign tasks efficiently to ensure timely service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all departments.
Perform regular checks to ensure repair and maintenance work is completed to the required standards.
Monitor and manage workshop costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure profitability.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, consumables, and materials required for operations.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support the team with expert guidance when needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in the UAE.
Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
