With new and modern facilities, we are looking for an experienced Service Managerto lead our workshop operations and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
Develop and implement service processes to enhance workflow and customer experience.
Monitor service targets, workshop performance, and profitability.
Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, KPIs, and budgets.
Handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 5-7 years).
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles (mechanical, electrical, diagnostics).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workshop.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
