Job Summary:



We are hiring a

Workshop Manager

in Ajman with proven experience in managing heavy equipment, fleet operations, and workshop teams. The ideal candidate will handle

scheduling, maintenance planning, inventory control, budgeting, procurement

, and

team hiring

to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily workshop operations and team performance Manage

heavy equipment and fleet maintenance

Schedule jobs and implement preventive maintenance plans Handle

inventory control and procurement

Recruit and train workshop staff Prepare and manage

workshop budgets

Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:



Prior experience as a

Workshop Manager

Strong knowledge of

heavy equipment, fleet management

, and

inventory systems

Skills in

staff hiring, scheduling, budgeting

, and

maintenance planning

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering preferred
