Role & Responsibilities
As an Automotive Workshop Supervisor, you will:
Lead and manage a team of technicians across Service, Diagnosis, Mechanical, and Body Repairs for cars and light vehicles.
Ensure daily workshop operations are carried out efficiently with a focus on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee fault diagnosis, inspections, and high-quality repair execution.
Assign and monitor jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion.
Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor compliance.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to enhance performance.
Prepare regular performance and productivity reports.
Candidate Profile
Age:
30 - 45 years
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in a similar capacity within the UAE or other GCC countries
Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, bodyshop, diagnostics).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling abilities.
Familiarity with workshop management systems (DMS/CRM) preferred.
