Working Capital Controller for an International Law Firm, Dubai
Our client, an international law firm, based in the UAE is seeking a Working Capital Controller to manage billing, collections, and cash flow. This role ensures financial efficiency by optimizing working capital, reducing aged debt, and improving cash flow management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Manage collections, reduce aged debt, and improve DSO.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, providing financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and client agreements.
- Work with finance teams to enhance financial performance.
- Reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in financial management, working capital, or credit control within a law firm or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant, SAP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Currently based in the UAE.
