Contract Duration: 3-months
We are seeking either top-tier talent in the general market or more preferably, someone with consulting experience in Organizational Development, Workforce transformation, Organizational design, change management etc. These profiles would be best sourced from the people advisory practice of a major consulting firm * Diagnostic Assessment - Understanding phase where the partner reviews the Gen TAQA operating model and builds their understanding as well as of the strategy / 5-year targets. This shall underpin the workforce/OD piece and rightsizing challenge we are currently facing.

  • Workforce Analysis - Evaluate the current workforce capacity, structure and alignment with Generation's strategic objectives. This should:
Assess whether current resourcing levels are sufficient to support current operations and anticipated growth over the next 5 years.
Provide practical recommendations to size fit the workforce distribution and close critical skill shortages into which teams, roles and levels. o Provide benchmarking work to support any recommendations * Organizational Structure and Career Architecture - Improve structural effectiveness and enable talent development. This should cover:
Propose a 5-year plan on team growth and skill development in line with the findings of the diagnostic phase (not just an end state structure and headcount but the phasing required to get there). Also, the degree to which delivery can be done through portfolio businesses, outsourcing. Buy, build, borrow talent approaches could also be explored. o Review the current organization structure which presents limited internal mobility and career progression opportunities.
Key Expectations:
Share relevant case studies, benchmarks (not actual data but give us confidence that we can access appropriate data)
Share the team bios who will be delivering this project and the quality of experience and data that will be used.
Diagnose core issues impacting business performance and employee experience. Provide a concise and actionable roadmap for addressing structural and workforce related gaps supported by a relevant industry benchmarking data.
Ensure findings are data-informed, with a phasing approach and clear implications for execution.
Propose a realistic and efficient timeline for delivery.
Identify any additional steps or critical success factors that should be considered.
Flag dependencies or information requirements needed from our side in advance.
