Position Title: Workforce Data Analysis Specialist
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain workforce analytics to support management and organizational strategy.
Analyze and interpret a wide range of HR data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.
Understand business requirements to evaluate feasibility within CLIENT HR functions.
Collect and compile HR metrics from multiple sources to support reporting and workforce planning.
Develop workforce analytics solutions and reporting frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically in data analytics or similar responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and current HR trends.
Proven experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
High proficiency in MS Office and advanced data analytical tools/applications.
Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
