We are seeking a motivated and proactive Work Placement Officer to join our team. The Work Placement Officer will play a key role in securing work placement opportunities for our students, ensuring they gain valuable hands-on experience in their chosen field. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in their careers. Location : Ras Al Khaimah Responsibilities:
- Secure work placement opportunities for students.
- Develop relationships with employers for placements.
- Coordinate student placements with academic departments.
- Promote work placement programs to students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress during placements.
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports.
- Minimum 2+ years of student placement experience is a must.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Strong network of contacts with employers and industry professionals.
- Knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently.
- Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Ras al Khaimah for this job
