: WordPress Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Customization

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites across multiple business units. Develop and modify custom themes, templates, and plugins as required. Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and lead conversions.

Website Maintenance & Performance

Perform regular updates of WordPress core, themes, and plugins. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Resolve bugs, layout issues, and functionality errors promptly. Maintain uptime, apply security patches, and manage backup protocols. Support third-party integrations (CRM, APIs, payment gateways, marketing tools, etc.).

Hosting & Server Management

Manage and configure hosting environments on

HostGator, Bluehost, and Etisalat NIC

. Handle domain management, DNS records, SSL certificates, and CDN setup. Monitor hosting performance, ensure security compliance, and implement server-level optimizations.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work with marketing teams to implement landing pages and digital campaign assets. Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations on performance, issues, and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

WordPress Developer

(minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of

PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL

. Proficiency with

Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and WPML

. Strong understanding of

SEO best practices

and speed optimization tools. Hands-on experience with

cPanel hosting

and providers such as HostGator, Bluehost, and Etisalat NIC. Ability to manage

domains, DNS, SSL, and CDN

configurations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing

multi-site WordPress environments

. Knowledge of

API and third-party system integrations

. Familiarity with

WordPress security protocols and advanced optimization techniques

. Background in managing

corporate, real estate, or e-commerce websites
