Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled and proactive WordPress Developer

with proven experience in

custom theme development, plugin creation, and rapid problem-solving

. The ideal candidate can work under tight deadlines, make quick and accurate decisions, and deliver high-quality results on schedule.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining visually appealing, fast, and secure WordPress websites, using tools like

Elementor

and

WPBakery

, and ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain

WordPress themes and plugins

from scratch. Design visually engaging web pages using

Elementor

and

WPBakery Page Builder

. Optimize website performance for

speed, responsiveness, and SEO

best practices. Conduct

security audits

and implement measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities. Monitor websites regularly and perform

performance, security, and SEO audits

. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance user experience and overall site functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly under tight deadlines. Collaborate with management and other team members to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

custom WordPress theme and plugin development

. Strong skills in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL

. Proficiency with

Elementor

and

WPBakery Page Builder

. Experience in

website performance optimization

and

security hardening

. Ability to work quickly and make sound technical decisions under pressure. Familiarity with

SEO principles

and

cross-browser compatibility

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating third-party APIs into WordPress. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Understanding of accessibility standards and GDPR compliance.
