Position Overview
The Woodwork and Crafts Animator for Children role at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai is responsible for delivering creative, hands-on workshops for children aged five years and above. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate hands-on woodwork and crafts workshops, delivering engaging and age-appropriate creative sessions for children and families
• Inspire creativity and learning by modeling curiosity, care, and positive behavior, while managing children's conduct using appropriate techniques
• Create a welcoming, family-friendly environment and maintain clear, respectful communication with parents and guardians
• Enforce strict safety procedures during all activities, particularly when handling tools and craft materials, ensuring child safety at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within workshop areas, following daily sanitation routines and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct daily inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure functionality, identify hazards, and report safety concerns promptly
• Deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the creative learning framework and contribute ideas to enhance workshop content
• Collaborate closely with fellow animators and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a child-first experience
