Job Description
Wooden Decking Installation Supervisor with AutoCAD knowledge
Supervise and coordinate all wooden decking installation activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Interpret and review AutoCAD drawings and project layouts to guide installation teams and ensure accuracy in dimensions, levels, and alignment.
Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Inspect and ensure quality control of decking installation, including alignment, spacing, finishes, and fixings.
Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks to team members, and track progress against project timelines.
Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and company quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and installation checklists.
Assist in training and guiding installation teams on correct methods and use of tools and materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
