About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Salesperson specializing in wood and wood-based products

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands wood materials, finishes, and applications, and can confidently sell to carpenters, joineries, contractors, and project-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sell wood and wood-based products such as MDF, plywood, WPC, laminated boards, veneers, PVC/PET films, and related accessories Develop and maintain relationships with joineries, fit-out companies, and contractors Advise clients on material selection, finishes, durability, and applications Handle inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closing Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications and delivery timelines Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing Attend site visits, client meetings, and showroom presentations when required

Requirements

Proven experience in

wood, panels, or interior materials sales

(mandatory) Strong understanding of wood types, board compositions, laminations, and finishes Experience selling to B2B clients (joineries, designers, contractors) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to read drawings/specs and translate them into product solutions Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

Preferred Qualifications

Background in interior fit-out, carpentry, or manufacturing Existing client network in the UAE market Knowledge of customized or project-based wood solutions
