Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wood Floor Sample Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customized color and finish samples that meet client specifications with speed, precision, and consistency. This role is critical in supporting our sales and export expansion by ensuring clients receive high-quality samples on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Produce customized colour and finish samples on various wood flooring types (engineered, solid, parquet, etc.) according to client requirements. Match and mix stains, oils, lacquers, and finishes to achieve precise results with consistency. Collaborate closely with sales team to understand client specifications and deliver within set timelines. Ensure all samples are prepared to the highest standard of quality, durability, and visual accuracy. Maintain a well-organized sample production area, ensuring all tools, materials, and processes are optimized for efficiency. Track and manage lead times for sample production to meet deadlines and avoid delays in client meetings. Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and presentation of samples. Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and new finishing materials.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wood finishing, colour matching, or flooring sample production. Strong knowledge of stains, oils, lacquers, varnishes, and other finishing products. Demonstrated ability to create consistent, high-quality customized finishes. Excellent eye for colour accuracy and detail. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, design, and production departments.

Preferred

Prior experience in wood flooring or bespoke interior finishing industry. Experience in developing new colour ranges and finishes.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
