We are seeking a professional
Sommelier
to manage the wine program of a luxury 5? hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience and optimal wine pairing.Key Responsibilities
Manage wine lists, inventory, and cellar operations. Recommend and pair wines with menus for guests. Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions. Oversee wine purchasing, storage, and quality control. Maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors. Ensure compliance with hotel standards and UAE regulations. Support F&B operations during peak service hours.
Requirements
Certified Sommelier (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 3-5 years in luxury hotels or fine dining. Strong wine knowledge (Old World & New World). Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
