Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Window Tinting Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise application of various types of window films to vehicles. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to delivering flawless installations.

Responsibilities:

Preparation:

Prepare windows and surfaces for tint application by cleaning, degreasing, and ensuring a dust-free environment.

Cutting & Shaping:

Accurately measure, cut, and shape window film according to specifications, often utilizing computer-cutting systems or hand-cutting techniques.

Installation:

Expertly apply window film to various glass surfaces, including curved automotive windows, flat architectural glass, and intricate commercial panels, ensuring a bubble-free, crease-free, and seamless finish.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve any issues during the installation process, such as air bubbles, dust particles, or film imperfections.

Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and tinting supplies.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest window film products, techniques, and industry trends.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience minimum 2 years as a professional window tinting installer, preferably with experience in automotive tinting.

Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Ability to accurately measure and cut materials. Proficiency with window tinting tools and equipment (squeegees, heat guns, knives, etc.).
