Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Automotive Window Tint Installer

to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience tinting vehicles to a high standard, understands heat-shrinking and clean installs, and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

This is not a "good enough" role. We want clean edges, zero contamination, and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately measure, cut, and install window tint on all vehicle glass surfaces, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass. Prepare glass surfaces thoroughly by cleaning and removing dust, grease, and contaminants to ensure flawless adhesion. Heat-shrink and apply window tint using proper techniques to avoid bubbles, creases, light gaps, or peeling edges. Perform quality control checks after installation to ensure tint meets company standards and customer expectations. Use plotter-cut or hand-cut tint where required, following correct procedures for each. Maintain a clean, dust-free, and organized work environment at all times. Properly handle, store, and maintain tools, tint rolls, and equipment. Educate customers on tint benefits, legal limits, and aftercare instructions. Work efficiently to meet daily installation targets without sacrificing quality. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on schedule and support high workshop throughput.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an

Automotive Window Tint Installer

. Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish quality. Solid understanding of different tint films (ceramic, carbon, dyed, IR, etc.). Experience with heat-shrinking techniques on curved rear glass. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle materials.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

pre-cut tint systems or plotters

. Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle tinting. Additional skills in PPF, detailing, or vinyl wrapping are a plus (not required).
