Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate winding machines according to product specifications and production schedules. Monitor machine operation and adjust tension, alignment, and speed to ensure quality output. Inspect finished rolls for defects such as wrinkles, uneven winding, or damage. Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or material issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of wound materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 Yr of Experience operating winding machines in textile, plastic film, or paper industries is preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. Attention to detail and quality awareness. * Willingness to work shifts or overtime depending on production demands.
