Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing the execution of these plans.Construction Oversight:
Managing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Cost Management:
Monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and implementing cost-effective solutions.Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Management:
Interacting with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Technical Expertise:
Providing technical guidance and expertise in wind energy systems, including design, installation, and operation.Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that all engineering activities meet the required quality standards.Safety Compliance:
Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.Requirements:
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) is typically required.Experience:
Significant experience in project management and engineering, particularly in the wind energy sector.Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, construction methodologies, and relevant codes and standards.Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead and motivate project teams.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and project-related issues.Project Management Certifications:
Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial.Job Type: Full-time
