Job Description

Wild Bird Supervisor 1. Supervise and manage employees and their work schedule enabling birds wellbeing and section operations; 2. Assigns workers to duties, such as: a) providing water and feed, b) observing birds for their health condition, c) administering drugs and medication prescribed to birds, d) notifying manager of mortality, e) enclosures daily cleaning, as well as feeders and drinkers, f) reporting on any technical disorder, g) collecting eggs and deliver them to hatchery. 3. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in relocating birds within, in and out of premises, 4. Monitors thermometers, gauges, and chart recorders to detect equipment malfunctions and to verify compliance with incubator temperature and ventilation standards, 5. Basic farm and equipment maintenance, 6. Adjusts controls to maintain specified production measures, 7. Periodically inspects eggs in incubator trays to ascertain hatching progress and orders removal of chicks, 8. Collects bio-data and prepares production reports, 9. Monitors and prepare requisitions of equipment, materials, and supplies, 10. Ensure that safe and hygienic work practices are maintained, 11. Participates in work activities to expedite workload, 12. Comply with company relevant policies and regulations 13. Adhere to all company health and safety procedures 14. Ensure Manager is alerted if there is any suspicious in or around the sites, 15. Performs other duties deemed appropriate by the Manager, 16. The job description and the site of employment can be revised as per the requirements and on the discretion of the Company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED1.10 per month
