Shape the design language and experience standards across mobile, web, and large-scale citizen platforms. Large public-facing citizen platforms
Elevate the Whiteshield visual identity across all products and touchpoints.
Explore and use AI tools to ideate, accelerate, and improve design workflows.
User Experience & Insight:
Run research and design sprints to understand diverse user groups: citizens, students, jobseekers, policymakers, businesses, and more.
Translate policy and data into intuitive, human-centered journeys.
Make complex services feel simple, accessible, and culturally relevant across regions.
Digital Product Execution:
User Experience & Insight:

Requirements
We care more about taste, judgment, and curiosity
A portfolio showing clean UI, smart UX, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Experience designing both mobile apps and large-scale platforms.
Ability to think in systems -- patterns, components, responsive layouts.
Comfort exploring and learning AI tools to speed up and elevate your work.
Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-design teams.
Experience guiding or mentoring other designers.
English fluency; more languages are a bonus.
