Perform accurate wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment.
Inspect and adjust suspension and steering components as needed.
Diagnose alignment-related issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper alignment and handling.
Maintain alignment equipment and calibration standards.
Oil Change & Maintenance Duties:
Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles.
Inspect fluid levels and top off or replace fluids (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, etc.).
Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
General Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Assist with other light mechanical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in automotive service, particularly in wheel alignment or oil changes (preferred).
Familiarity with alignment machines (e.g., Hunter, John Bean) and basic hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
