Add all confirmed bookings into our
booking system
correctly.
Send reminders, locations, and instructions to clients before their booking time.
Follow up with pending clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain high-quality customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Must be
fast in replying
on WhatsApp.
Must speak
English
clearly (Arabic is an advantage).
Must be organized and able to enter data correctly.
Must have a quiet place to work from home.
Experience in customer service or booking systems is preferred.
Salary:
To be discussed based on experience.
