This role requires a blend of technical know-how and marketing automation experience to build scalable solutions that enhance user journeys, drive conversions, and provide 24/7 intelligent support via AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:1. WhatsApp Automation:
Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API or platforms like
Twilio, WATI, Zoko, Interakt
.
Design and deploy automated chat flows for
cart recovery, order tracking, promotions, customer support
, and lead nurturing.
Create segmented and personalized WhatsApp campaigns integrated with Shopify data.
Monitor performance analytics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize workflows.
Ensure full compliance with WhatsApp's messaging policies and consent rules.
2. Shopify Management:
Manage Shopify store design, product catalog, and theme customization.
Optimize site performance, navigation, and mobile UX for conversions.
Integrate Shopify with WhatsApp, CRM tools, payment providers, and third-party logistics.
Setup and optimize
upsell, cross-sell, abandoned cart
, and
email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing funnels
.
Analyze customer behavior and improve the shopping experience based on insights.
3. AI Agent Setup:
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for customer service and sales using platforms like:
, or similar.
Train AI agents with custom knowledge bases, FAQs, product data, and customer support scripts.
Connect AI agents to Shopify and WhatsApp to enable real-time product recommendations, order status updates, and intelligent support.
Monitor agent performance, refine prompts and flows, and ensure safe, ethical AI usage.
Requirements:
Proven experience with
WhatsApp automation tools
and
Shopify store management
.
Experience deploying and training
AI agents
using LLMs or AI bot frameworks.
Strong understanding of customer journey automation, sales funnels, and personalization.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical and business workflows.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Hands-on experience with
