We are currently seeking a

motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker

and

Tele Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agent

Assist clients in Selling off plan Properties Canvassing properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads and clients Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, property valuations, and investment opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings and open houses Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate soon Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Flexible with working hours and committed to achieving results Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is preferred Strong desire to grow professionally -- we value motivation over experience

Key Responsibilities:

Tele Sales Representative

Proactively contact and qualify leads through outbound calls (150+ calls/day). Schedule and conduct 2-3 client meetings daily (in-person or virtual). Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. Maintain and regularly update CRM and customer databases. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
