Job Summary:

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all visitors in and around the water areas. The role includes monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety regulations, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid as needed. The Lifeguard must maintain a high level of alertness, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor swimming and water play areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.

Enforce all pool rules, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering CPR or first aid when required.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lifeguard stations and surrounding pool areas.

Conduct routine inspections of safety equipment and report any issues immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Lifeguard Certification (approved by UAE authorities or internationally recognized).

Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably Strong swimming and rescue skills.

Excellent communication and observation skills.

Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions during emergencies.

Physically fit and able to perform all lifeguard duties.

Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
