Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude Manage appointments, calls, and client inquiries efficiently Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain client records and handle administrative duties Support the team in creating a welcoming and professional clinic environment
Requirements:
UAE National with a valid Emirates ID (Emiratization position) Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Presentable, courteous, and customer service-oriented Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks
