This is a full-time role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
Experience in project supervision, task coordination, and resource management within the fit-out and maintenance field.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills to address maintenance needs and ensure efficient operations.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to on-site building maintenance finishing and repair activities.
Proficiency in using project management tools, scheduling software, and basic computer applications.
Prior experience in a supervisory role within facility management or construction industries is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-Years UAE Experienced.
- Basic English speaking and reporting skills
- UAE experience and valid UAE driving license preferred.
