• Expanding revenue streams - PT sessions, breathwork and semi-private classes.
• Bring in new concepts for coaching - with internal development and utilising \'best in industry\' local providers (e.g., coaches / instructors). Focus on aspects such as outdoor movement, pilates, and sports-specific development (e.g. swimming, triathlon, events that are specific to Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental).
• Take a lead role in planning and implementing retreats to increase brand awareness.
• Drive packages sold up-front in the purchase process - e.g. rolling retreats.
• Teach a minimum of 6 complementary group classes weekly and innovate the current offering - aiming that each class will have a minimum of 5 participants.

Marketing and Communications

• Driving marketing and communications content and channels to reach local market and hotel guests. Especially seeking opportunities such as bringing-in users with Apps such as \'Class-pass\' and other forms of participation marketing.
• Develop marketing strategies and content creation to promote special retreats, packages and memberships to be distributed through various channels including social media, roadshows and collaborating with agencies.
• As a movement ambassador to inspire unique commitment to classes, coaching and private exercise training as being key elements of the membership offerings.

Learning & Growth

• Train current team members to improve their quality and expertise in specific skillsets (e.g., strength and conditioning, movement training, suspension training, HIIT).
• Enhance the confidence, movement mindset and experts in lifestyle in existing team.
• Oversee the Visiting Wellness Masters programs and develop a role that would inspire a corporate expansion of the role of an entrepreneurial \'Wellness Coach\'.
• Lead on assessment, tracking and enhancement of immediate, results-driven outcomes and long-term changes for clients and guests.
• Integrate the best of wearable technology into the Emirates Palace services - such as FirstBeat technology and new innovations in wellness that move beyond fitness and into \'lifestyle\' - musculoskeletal pain, high blood pressure, diabetes and healthy living.
