• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests\' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and thank the guests with genuine appreciation.
• Log any guest entering the pool with guest name and room number.
• Monitor and charge the hotel pool entrance fee for any outside day use guests.
• Assist with potential new members, giving a complete tour of the facility and being fully conversant with all prices and facility details of the Recreation.
• Collect, delivers the fresh towels, fold, and stack towels accordingly.
• Promote and assist in selling the retail items.
• Check on changing room lockers and ensure that they are clear of litter, used towels, etc.
• Refill lockers with necessary items as per standard.
• Report any guest complaints to Superiors immediately.
• Check the Sauna condition and temperature, report any issues if necessary.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas; i.e. pool towels, bathrooms, walkways and any trash around the changing area or outlet.
• Ensure pool area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Report if pool color is not correct.
• Report any damaged towels or equipment.
• Arrange / clean sun loungers and side tables.
• Clean ash-trays and garbage bins.
• Wash fixed umbrellas and pathways.
• Clean showers and foot washers.
• Ensure pool changing rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
• Arrange clean towels and push dirty towels to the laundry.
• Assist guests with sun loungers and umbrellas.
• Ensure the sun lounges are clean and free of any debris during the operation.
• Check on guest satisfaction while in the pool.
• To communicate and enforce all the rules and regulations in the designated area in a personable and professional manner.
• To complete all injury and incident reports as accurately as possible.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• To check and inform immediately if there\'s any items needed in the outlet by making a requisition.
• To ensure that all operational items are available and ready for the next day use.
• Check regularly the changing room area, ensure that all the lockers are working properly and guarantee that it is clear of litter, used towels, etc.
• To maintain a proper physical appearance and hygiene standards.
• Assist with the cleaning of all areas of the operation.
• To follow departmental policies and procedures.
• To maintain a proper and suitable recreation areas.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services to the guests.
• Record daily all the guest information and complete the reports such as checklist and calculate the total number of guests in a day.
• To carry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the Management.
• To maintain and ensure confidentiality at all times.
