: Tours the Wellhead Towers daily to implement field changes, collect oil/water \xe2\x80\x8esample, conducts pressure surveys, arranges test separator for well testing \xe2\x80\x8eprograms \xe2\x80\xa6etc. and ensures efficient operation according to prescribed \xe2\x80\x8econditions.\xe2\x80\x8e
Records in a log sheet operating data such as: Flow rates, pressure, temperature, \xe2\x80\x8elevels, \xe2\x80\xa6etc. of each wellhead tower including separators, scrubbers, gas \xe2\x80\x8eheaders and risers. Reports to Production Supervisor abnormal readings \xe2\x80\x8erecommending appropriate remedial action. Implements approved ones \xe2\x80\x8eimmediately.\xe2\x80\x8e
Operates according to established procedures, including starting-up/shutting-down \xe2\x80\x8ethe wellhead towers and adjusting associate gauges to maintain the required \xe2\x80\x8elevels, flow rates, pressure and temperature.\xe2\x80\x8e
Prepares the wellhead towers and sub-sea pipelines for maintenance as per the \xe2\x80\x8eestablished procedures when required, accompanies the \xe2\x80\x8eInstrument/Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to explain defects/defaults ensuring \xe2\x80\x8esafe preparation of equipment for routine planned maintenance, and test such \xe2\x80\x8erepaired equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.\xe2\x80\x8e
Informs Supervisor for the replenishment of stores stock items/chemicals \xe2\x80\x8enecessary for operating the wellhead tower and sub-sea pipelines, checks \xe2\x80\x8econsignments and endorses loading/delivery notes. Maintains adequate \xe2\x80\x8ehousekeeping according to Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety regulations.\xe2\x80\x8e
Mixes chemicals to appropriate ratios and prepares doses for injection into \xe2\x80\x8eproduction streams whenever required.\xe2\x80\x8e
Carries out wellhead tower inspection and safety tours to identify unsafe \xe2\x80\x8econditions and practices, classifies equipment from hazard point of view. \xe2\x80\x8ePrepares equipment for maintenance in accordance with established procedures, \xe2\x80\x8eCLIENTs safety regulations and maintains adequate standard of \xe2\x80\x8ehousekeeping through out the plants. Ensures adherence to Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety \xe2\x80\x8erules, procedures and standards.\xe2\x80\x8e
Performs first line routine service e.g. greasing, lubricating, adjusting glands, \xe2\x80\x8etightening loose connection, changing filters, \xe2\x80\xa6etc. producing weekly chemicals \xe2\x80\x8estock/consumption reports, and preparing isolation confirmation certificates ICC \xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\xa6etc.\xe2\x80\x8e
Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor, participating in \xe2\x80\x8etraining/developing new recruits/UAE Nationals employees / Juniors \xe2\x80\xa6etc.\xe2\x80\x8e
